WISE camps have sparked a passion for STEM in thousands of students for over 15 years. We offer amazing commuter day camps but no overnight programs.
Campers learn from world-class scientists and have a chance to experience our campus. Camps are open to students of any gender identity, designed to encourage and support girls.
Girls in Science and Engineering (GISE) Camp
WISE’s long-running summer day camp. Explore the joys and challenges of science and engineering with real scientists in the nation’s best research facilities at the UM Ann Arbor campus. Camp 2023 is June 19-23. Application opens later in the spring!
Python Bootcamp
WISE Python Bootcamp introduces students to programming using Python in a fun and supportive environment led by student experts and industry professionals. The camp is geared towards students with no prior coding experience. Camp 2023 is July 24-28. Application opens later in the spring!
