WISE is a campus wide community of faculty, staff and students that work together to ensure all women and non-binary students and postdoctoral scholars at U-M have the support they need to thrive in STEM. In addition to the on-campus community members, WISE is proud of and grateful for our alumni and other off-campus community members.
There are multiple ways for off-campus folx to engage with WISE. In addition to potentially providing financial support to WISE, we encourage alumni to join UCAN (the University Career Alumni Network).
Donate to WISE
Each year, the Women in Science and Engineering Program seeks the financial support of individuals in the community who want to make a difference in the lives and futures of girls and women who are interested in science and engineering. Your support is vital to ensuring WISE’s continued ability to provide needed programs and services that help girls and women achieve their educational and career goals.
Your donation to WISE can help us:
- Provide scholarships for fee-based student summer programs
- Support and expand our current programming
- Explore new programming options
- Support research on gender equity in science and engineering
- Bring outstanding women scientists to campus as seminar speakers
Please reach out to Amy Chappuis, Director of Development and External Relations or Rachel Niemer, Managing Director to discuss ways you can support WISE.
